Our instructors are some of the best in the world, with many of them competing at international level competitions and others having been pole instructors for over 10 years.
All our instructors are XPERT Pole & Aerial trained, insured and continue to train on a regular basis to make sure they are up to date with the newest techniques. Pole & Aerial fitness has expanded across the world, we believe that this form of fitness should be accessible to everyone and so we pride ourselves on the diversity of our instructors. With a mix of classes you can choose from beginners to advanced, choose a class and instructor that suits you.
Beginners Pole Fitness
If you have never tried a class before and want to get started our beginner’s class is the perfect way to build strength and work on conditioning. Work from the beginning, learn spins, conditioning and routines. Start with this and you will quickly become pole addicts.
Mixed Ability Pole Fitness
Our mixed ability class is great for all levels from beginner – advanced. This class is tailored to each level and will give you an idea of what you can achieve by working on your building blocks and progressions.
Want to learn how to flow your pole moves together ? Make that perfect routine. The Pole Flow class will work on transitions and pole flow movement to get you performing to the music.
All Levels welcome.
Aerial Silks is one of the oldest circus arts in history, professionals have been wrapping themselves in a silk and flying for many years. Now we are making it possible for you to do it too. We do recommend that you have some pole or aerial experience as you will need some upper body strength but this mixed ability silks class with have your wrapped and rolling in no time.
Our Aerial Silks instructor has been performing and teaching for many years and will be able to walk you through the moves step by step.
Aerial Hoop is amazing for working out your whole body. The best thing about this form of dance/fitness is that ANYONE can do it. Learn from the very beginning, how to lift and control yourself in and out of the hoop and striking some awesome poses.
Our Aerial Hoop instructors have a great range of movement and tricks, mixing the class with strength and flexibility.
Our Aerial Conditioning classes are for those who enjoy conditioning. These classes are specifically designed so you can try a bit of everything, Work through our Hammock, Silk, Pole, Lyra, Hoop and Trapeze. In this fun filled work out that is tailored to each client.
Aerial Hammock Yoga
Our Aerial Hammock class is a mix of stretch, flex, yoga, Pilates, relax and tricks. The class is great for those who want to work on strength and flexibility. The hammock is also great for those with back problems or if you are struggling with stress. The class is structured so you get a little bit of everything whilst hanging around. Perfect for Beginner – Advanced. Our instructor is certified in AG Aerial Yoga and Circus Fit Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Post Natal Yoga.
Our circus kids classes are full of fun.
Kids have no fear and love to hang upside down so why not let them do it in a safe environment. Our circus classes will give your children confidence and a chance to meet new friends. We have 2 teachers during our kids class so each child can get as much attention as possible.
